These simple espauliers lack the angular shape and medial ridge with a more Gothic flavor of our other espauliers, giving a more untilitarian, workman like feel. Avaliable in either 18 or 16 gauge cold rolled mild steel, they are hand shaped and planished with a rolled and counter sunk lower border and edges are beveled where appropriate. They come strapped and set up to either buckle to a gorget or lace to points on an arming garment. Suitable for 14th/15th century use. PROUDLY MADE IN THE USA.
