Made from 8oz. leather with 16 gauge steel plates riveted over, these greaves were to be found in use from the Viking era into the 14th century. They can be used with any of our leg harness. HAND MADE IN THE USA. These can be made in steel finish ( steel rivets and buckles rather than brass) at no extra charge, just specify when ordering. They also can be done with both brass and steel splints like our bracers for an extra charge. Just select the brass and steel finish under options.
