Early 16th Century Mitten Gauntlet

This pic of the inside of the gaunlet shows the attachment rivets and washers at the cuff which would have held the original leather glove in place. The articulating plates for the back of the hand are dot punched in sequence from the cuff forward with one, two and three dots to keep them in order till final assembley.
